This is my home, but I am away from my home a lot - so when I'm traveling it is listed on here.
My house is located in the awesome Willows neighborhood of Menlo Park - close to downtown Palo Alto, while being convenient to commute routes. really the perfect location if you're visiting Silicon Valley or Stanford university.

This is a great neighborhood. It's quiet, it's friendly, everything you needs is close by, and it's a very convenient location for accessing other parts of the bay area.
Caltrain is ~25 min walk away, bus is a couple of blocks away.
Basically, I'd hope that you are careful and responsible, and that you will treat my space the way that you'd want me to treat yours! You are after all staying in my house, not some rental property.
Just a few simple rules:
- no smoking whatsoever in the house
- no pets
- no parties please
Please clean any dishes you use and remove all trash, and perishable food - after your stay.
Please take care when operating the electronics, I’ve described the operating instructions in detail within the house manual, so you should have no trouble getting things to work correctly.
I am originally from New Zealand, have lived in San Francisco for many years now. I enjoy staying in interesting places and am about as respectful and easy going a guest as you could find. I've stayed in airbnb rentals in over 10 countries & so far it's been a great experience every time. I travel a bunch for work, skiing and to enjoy new places.
I'm both traveller and a host (check out my listing), so I know both sides of this process.
