Stylish and playful mid-century condominium, equipped for relaxation and desert exploration. Located in friendly, well managed, classic 1960s development with both xeriscape and grassy areas, pool. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent light and mountain views. Neighbors include roadrunners and cottontails; coyotes and owls serenade you. Hiking opportunities minutes away in every direction. Cable, DVDs of regional interest, excellent wi-fi, and eclectic library round out the experience.

The space
Two bedroom, one bath end unit with lots of light, open floor plan. Furnishings complement the 60's era development. Extra xeriscape planting surrounds the side patio and there's a large rear patio for relaxing, dining, grilling, and entertaining.

There's a robust wifi network dedicated to the unit for those who want to work remotely with big files or for streaming.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a quiet neighborhood-people come to the desert for peace! If you are looking for a party environment, this isn't the place to come. The development sits on a large circular block. Half of it is Club Circle East, built in the 1960s, where you will stay. The other half was built out in the eighties. Ample grassy areas and attractive xeriscape, nice paths through the property. Single family homes are on the perimeter of the circle. Beyond these there's a disused golf course, and a circular path which provides a great opportunity to watch the light on the mountains change and catch some of the bird life.
