Hendricks House is an aesthetic masterpiece in the heart of East Sacramento. Tree-lined streets and beautiful architecture make for delightful walks to cafes and coffee shops. Our home was built in 2020 and offers the best of old world design with all the modern amenities. Close to three regional hospitals, CSUS and the state Capitol. Two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and on-site parking make it perfect for a family, a romantic getaway or business trip. Max=4

The space
Hendricks House is an apartment over our 3 car garage, with it's own, totally separate entrance off the alley. There is a locked gate with keypad on the alley before the entrance to the enclosed apartment stairway. Just beyond the entrance is a cozy fenced off patio, which is separate for guest use, and perfect for morning coffee.

The front door to Hendricks House opens to a well-lit staircase with laundry closet at the base. Upstairs there is a living room with fireplace, lots of natural light from tall windows, an open concept kitchen with top of the line appliances, and a dining area. There is a door off the dining room that leads to the small bedroom with a day bed and trundle. The door to the larger bedroom comes off the living room, and has a generous walk in closet with full length mirror and laundry basket. There is a wall mounted Roku, Smart TV in the larger bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is a large bathroom with 60" vanity and spacious custom glass-enclosed shower.

Both bedrooms and living area are equipped with mini split heating and air units that allow you to customize temperature to suit the space.

Inside the chimney is a hidden compartment containing a slide out Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, some channels and a variety of other add on options.

Guest access
The entire apartment and fenced portion of patio is exclusively available to Hendricks House guests, and is not shared by anyone.
