Great experience at a great apartment. Perfect for our bachelor party. Franklin was an extremely helpful host. He suggested quite a few activities that were unique and fun.
We had a large group,of women for the women's World Cup. Franklin's place worked great! We had plenty of room and the extra half bath helped immensely. Franklin was very easy to work with, even providing a place for one of our women to stay until her flight on the last day. The location was also wonderful with easy access to the metro and lots of restaurants. We used the outdoor deck at the back several evenings, and the many doors allowed for managing noise as well as privacy. I highly recommend this for a group - we stayed a week and could easily have stayed longer.
Fantastic experience. Apartment is very large and comfortable. The listing is accurate. Franklin greeted me at check-in and explained the area, which is centrally located and a few minutes walk from the major drags. Highly recommended.
Massive apartment. Great for large groups. Very close to Crescent Street if that's what you are looking for. Franklin greeted us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the apt, and a introduction to the cityscape (e.g. what is close by, the essentials, etc...). Even discounted us $60CA before two lightbulbs were out.
Small note- three months before I arrived I reached out a few times and he was unresponsive. But as we got closer he was very accessible.
Overall a great experience and well worth the price.
I find that guests often try to make arrangements long before the arrival date. From my experience plans change many times. I ask all guests to contact me 3-5 days before arrival to make arrangements. I am however always responsive to questions that are time sensitive.
Beautiful experience - Franklin delivered on all fronts. Apartment is even larger than described on posting. Slept 9 comfortably with room to spare. Keyless entry solves issues of party members stumbling back at separate times. Franklin was more than accommodating on both our entry & exit times. Centrally located - 20 minute walk to St. Laurent Bars or 5 minutes to Crescent St. Book this for your large party!
Franklin was an excellent host, very accommodating. A few of my friends arrived at his place before me and he greeted them no problem to check them in. The apartment is very spacious, great for a large group. The location is perfect if you plan on going out to clubs/bars. Great shopping close by as well. Would highly recommend staying here.
