The space
Step inside The Birches, a charming two-story cabin designed with a Farmhouse chic aesthetic and natural wood accents. The open-concept main living area seamlessly blends a living and dining space, featuring a built-in natural wood dining table for four and French doors that open onto a deck. The living area is equipped with a TV offering local channels and a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, full-size refrigerator, 18-bottle wine cooler, butcher block countertops, and a bamboo farmhouse sink. It's stocked with cookware, plates, and glasses. The master bedroom upstairs features a queen bed and ample storage, along with a desk for a convenient workspace. The loft/game area offers two twin beds and a pullout twin sofa, perfect for kids or additional guests, and includes a foosball table, DVD player with a library, and a large TV. A wood stove provides cozy warmth on chilly nights, with wood and a fire starter kit provided. The deck offers a propane griddle and grill, along with wicker furniture and an outdoor dining table for four. Guests can also enjoy the yard, which features picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. Additionally, guests have access to a canoe and kayak for exploring nearby lakes and ponds.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin, including the two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Outside, guests can enjoy the backyard and the expansive 10 acres of land, complete with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating.

Located 1 mile outside of the village of Marlow. Marlow is a picturesque New England town located at the top of the Monadnock Region. From the cabin there are many lakes to paddle, swim, or boat in within 15 minutes drive. You can ski at Sunapee, Granite Gorge, Pats Peak, all within 30 minutes.

I would call myself an Adventurous, fun, hardworking, family man! My wife and I have a passion for travel, visiting some really amazing places over the past decade. We have used some of those better travel experiences, in the design and setup of our short term rental. Since completing the Birches in 2020, it has been another wonderful travel experience, now as a host. Making recommendations, fielding questions, and meeting guests even though never in person is very enjoyable!
