Nice place! I didn't even realize it was a little cottage. Nicely appointed, very comfortable, everything was clearly marked. The area is very nice and quiet and close to everything. The animals were super friendly and very well cared for. I spent some time petting the goats while the chickens tried to steal my attention! I'd happily stay there again.
My daughter and I stayed at Jodi's very beautifully decorated and cozy place. Jodi was there to greet us even though we arrived late at night. The house was in a great location to the bus stop for a quick and easy trip to downtown Seattle and there are great trails for walking, running or biking close by her place. We had a great time talking and getting to know Jodi and the other guest. The kitchen was very nicely supplied with everything necessary for cooking and came with some food and coffee! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks for the stay Jodi!
Jodi is great. We arrived late on a Friday night and everything was in great shape. We got to meet the other guest who was visiting from France and we all talked for awhile. This was our second time staying. Pretty close to Seattle and the farmlette has a nice feel to it. This time we even took a walk on the river trail that is about a 1/2 mile from the farm. It was nice to wake up in the morning to hear the duck quacking in the backyard. We will definitely return again.
Jodi was very sweet and very helpful. The space was extremely cute and in a convenient location for travel to Seattle (a few minutes up I-5). And she let us bring our small dog, whom she liked quite a bit. Follow her simple and straightforward rules and you should have a great stay!

(This is a repeat; we stayed there for two reservations, one right after the other.)
Jodi is great, and the space is very nice. It's amazing to be less than a mile from a couple of freeways and in the middle of a working urban farm with chickens, goats, and ducks. We liked it so much that we're going to stay for a few more days. :)
The farmlette was charming, clean and comfortable. Jodi provided a wealth of helpful local info and furnished the cottage with all sorts of amenities for a traveler to make a pleasant home away from home.

out of dozens of interests, travelling is one of our top five favorites. we enjoy helping folks with their plans like folks have helped us when we are far from home.
we strive to provide the kind of place that travellers like us revel in discovering: something off the beaten path that's unique, a "find," a great deal/value, clean, safe, stylish, helpful, friendly, a nest at the end of the day and a place that positively stimulates thoughts towards envy and delight and gratitude.
you undoubtedly have a unique perspective and worldview to share and we can all gain from knowing one another.
