Interaction with guests

I communicate well (see my reviews) and do my best to make sure you have a good check in and check out. The apartment is always cleaned just prior to your arrival, has fresh linen, towels and complimentary soap and accessories. Fresh flowers/champagne can be booked in advance. During your stay I leave guests to enjoy their holiday or business trip but am always available by phone/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)/airbnb email service should you require local advice or help.

Of course the apartment is cleaned thoroughly prior and post your arrival. If you would require daily or weekly cleaning, washing or ironing during your stay, my cleaner can be paid directly for this service. There is a charge of 25 euros for checkin after 9pm to be paid directly the person letting you in.

Getting around

Most places are a short walk. A car is not necessary, but two good public car parks within 5 min walk if you do have a car. Monaco has an amazing bus system with buses every 2-3 minutes and a tourist day pass or blocks of cards at reasonable prices. There are trains to Italy and France regularly and its under 15 mins walk to MONACO main train station. Taxi, Helicopter or Fast motorway coach from the airport (30 minutes).

Other things to note

Please note, there are two sets of keys and one blue badge on each keyring you are provided with. The blue badge on the keyring is to swipe to the metal disc to the left of the front door at the main entrance to the building between 19.00 and 07.00 as it is closed for security.

1)VERY IMPORTANT Strictly no party and no noise after 11pm and before 8am.

2)VERY IMPORTANT Please let me know if something breaks or is damaged or is not working properly during your stay so that I can replace or fix it immediately.

3)VERY IMPORTANT This is for use as a holiday home only. No filming/reality TV shoots/photographic or fashion shoots/parties/wedding parties/hen/stag dos or any use other than that as a private dwelling for holidays for the number of guests declared at your booking unless previously agreed in writing with the owner.

5)Please dispose of rubbish daily in the receptacles (shoots) on the road outside opposite.

6.) VERY IMPORTANT The amount of guests agreed when you made your booking. No other guests are allowed on the property unless it has been agreed by the landlord and any additional fees paid in advance.

7. VERY IMPORTANT: The toilet is a motorised toilet and no tampons or condoms can be put down it or it will break the motor which is expensive to replace (only toliet paper)

9. VERY IMPORTANT There is a motorised waste disposer to the sink which you must also be careful with and follow the instructions.

10. VERY IMPORTANT Please note, there are two keys and one blue badge on each keyring you are provided with. The blue badge on the keyring is to swipe at the main entrance to the building between 19.00 and 07.00 as it is closed for security.

11. VERY IMPORTANT No smoking whatsoever tolerated other than on small balcony off second bedroom.

12. VERY IMPORTANT Airconditioning must be switched off after 10pm. Tbis is a building rule so that neighbours are not kept await by aircon motors. The airconditioning MUST be switched off if the windows to the apartment are open or it will overwork and break. Any subsequent engineers/repair costs will be at your expense

13,VERY IMPORTANT All shoes off inside the apartment please. Respect your neighbours around you
