Greetings, my name is Rosemary, and I am a teacher of natural healing who believes that there are no “incurable” illnesses. I spent 11 years confined to a wheelchair. Doctors told me I would never walk or talk again. This was me when I weighed over 300 pounds. You can read about my remarkable improvement (recovery?) from Multiple Sclerosis, as I have written a few books on the subject.
I can provide you with natural healing instruction at daily, weekly, or monthly rates. Although I can help with almost all conditions, weight loss is my personal favorite!
Experience a weekend retreat drinking delicious freshly prepared juices and eating organic, gourmet raw food meals prepared by a raw food cook... me! You will learn to prepare foods that will help you heal. We will walk together and exercise in ways that are customized for your body.
This is a simple private home, not a staffed spa, so things are modest and basic. Programs are not pre-planned in a one-size-fits-all manner. I will access your individual needs, then design an easy, healing program for you to follow, both while here, and when you return home. You learn by leisurely assisting and casually doing. My ordeal has taught me a lot about natural healing, and I would love to share it with you. I personally work with you one-on-one.
The price includes lodging, all meals, and instruction for one person. Add $50 per night for a second person. Outside services such as professional colonics and massages can be arranged, but must be paid for separately.
The bus stops nearby, and you can walk 1 block to the park and swimming pool. This is a very old and safe neighborhood, perfect for single female travelers. There is a wheelchair ramp, as I have personally experienced being disabled for a long time myself.
Conveniently located only 3 miles from downtown Asheville, this chic, artsy bedroom can accommodate 1 or 2 visitors. Comfortable twin size beds (with all the trimmings) await you. House is light, bright and sunny, especially your room with its south-facing windows. There are hardwood floors, a washer & dryer, cable TV, DVD player, and wireless internet.
Asheville has much to offer, so it's no wonder that our president, dignitaries, and celebrities vacation here. This cozy home is located in the heart of it all. It takes less than ten minutes to drive downtown to hear (or join in with) drummers at the drumming circle, shopping and spectacular restaurants. Less than ten minutes to trendy Haywood Rd. with its great restaurants, bars, coffee and tea houses, local beer breweries, theaters, music, and much more. Ten minutes get you to the River Arts District, where local artisans will dazzle and seduce you with their creativity.
Smoking must be done outdoors in the shaded sitting area. For healing purposes, no pets are allowed, The bathroom is shared, and there is plenty of well-lighted off-street parking.
It is said in natural healing circles that the cure to being sick is to simply get healthy, then the body will heal itself. Contact me to find out how you can get healthy and let your body heal itself.
Very sweet lady and welcome us with open arms.
I had a wonderful time at her place. She made sure I had everything and was extremely warm and friendly. Would definitely live here again and would recommend that everyone do so too! Her house is close to the bus stop and fifteen minutes (by bus) from downtown so the location was fairly convenient.
Rosemary was great!. My flight was delayed so I ended up arriving much later than I planned and had to wake up Rosemary to let me into her home. She did not mind my late arrival at all On the contrary, she was very understanding and welcoming.
Rosemary is sweet, laid back, and kind. The house is super cute and the bed is comfy. It was a great place to come back to after long days at a convention. Just has a really fun, relaxed time staying at Rosemary's place. Highly recommended!
I enjoyed my stay with Rosemary. She is kind and helpful with all sorts of Asheville info-especially healthy and wonderful restaurants! She is" close to everything Asheville" but I had a car and easy access to the main roads. I suggest you have a car if you want to get around.
Rosemary is a lovely and interesting person, and was a warm host. The accommodations are quite modest, and I suspect two guests would feel they needed more room, especially if their stay was longer than a day or two. A closet is available across the hall; and the bedroom has a large dresser. Some spaces are shared (bathroom, kitchen) but this was never a problem. The bedroom is clean and bright, and the bedding more than warm enough for cool nights. The location is in West Asheville, so one needs to drive into the center city, but parking downtown is readily available and cheap. Altogether I had a lovely stay and was glad to have selected this accommodation.
Rosemary’s modest home is situated right off the main drag (Patton Ave) that leads right into downtown Asheville’s art district. It is very close to the Biltmore estate and village as well. Rosemary is a gracious hostess ----we enjoyed chatting with her on several topics. She is an inspiration for anyone who wants to improve their health. Twin beds and shared bathroom w/ host as well as simple breakfast fare of cereal/coffee/ tea.
I had a great stay with Rosemary. She is a very comfortable, welcoming person. Her home feels like a garden room, very relaxing.
My friend and I enjoyed a bright and comfortable stay in Rosemary's home. It was exactly what we were looking for: good location, clean, kitchen access, and finally feel ease with our host. Rosemary is a remarkable and warm person, graceful and generous. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay in a home with a welcoming feel. I'd stay there again and absolutely recommend it!
