Welcome to our historic farmhouse in the heart of Sutter Creek. Located on a quiet street, this home was completely renovated with modern amenities and historic charm, including a wrap around front porch with a porch swing and outdoor dining, patios and a large lawn area for entertaining or just relaxing. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire pit, explore the gardens, fountains and sitting areas. 1 block from main street where you can go wine tasting, shopping and dining.

The space
Professionally decorated with a pleasing color scheme. Lots of windows let in wonderful light and views of Sutter Creek. Although the home is in a neighborhood, it sits on a hill and is very private. The entry has a cozy sitting area where you can read or play card games. There is an office with a desk and the Xfinity wifi allows work from home, if needed. Fine linens on the beds and beautiful bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub, make your stay luxurious and peaceful. One story home with a few stairs to the front door. The side porch has just 3 stairs and the back door has one stair. This is an home with character, like squeeky original wood floors, and some windows have original vintage glass. Dual heat and air systems will keep you comfortable in all seasons. There is a large hot tub off the master suite. The House/location is not appropriate for parties.

Guest access
Main street is just around the corner from the house and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and wineries. There is a dedicated space for parking in the driveway.

Other things to note
Sutter Creek is located about 1 hour from Kirkwood Ski Resort and sierra fun. Many lakes around to enjoy in the summer. Lake Tahoe is 1.5 hours away. This location is in a quiet neighborhood. The home and location is not suitable for parties.

Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. People love to walk their dogs, and the kids, go jogging, or catch the farmers market on Saturday mornings. A short walk to main street is Choco-Late for fresh coffee and pastries, or enjoy a full breakfast at one of the local restaurants. Friday and Saturdays Feist Wines has wood fired pizza and often live music. Sutter Creek is a historic gold mining town with lots of antique shops, an operating gold mine, a water-powered foundry with tours, and of course, lots of wine tasting and local beers at Provisions. Sutter Creek prides itself on active community events like car shows and the holiday parade of lights, and much more. A short drive to many award wining wineries.
