Gorgeous 9-bedroom home nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by picturesque mountains. Just 3 min away from Nordic Valley Ski Resort, 22 min to Snow Basin, and 19 min to Powder Mountain.

You have exclusive use of a 5200 sq ft home. We have games in the garage. The property sits on 1.8 acres. 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 18 beds make this property perfect for family reunions, friend getaways and business retreats. We have exterior security cameras at each entrance for safety.

The space
Our large, clean, beautiful home can accommodate up to 25 guests. We have 18 beds, plus a few pull-out mattresses. We also have two pack 'n plays for our littlest guests.

Our garage has a ping pong table and three arcades. We also have a hot-tub and grill on the back patio. We also have basketball and pickleball outside. Note that the detached garage mentioned in some of the comments no longer exists (it collapsed under unprecedented snows and had to be removed).
