Studio (2 ppl) and 1 bedroom units (4 ppl) avail. Price in the ad is for a studio unit with fees. The rate for a 1 bedroom will be higher so please contact me for a quote for a larger unit. Do not book directly as my calendar is not up to date.
If you are interested in a nice experience, this is the place. Right in the middle of union square, this is a great central SF location. Rooms available start at a studio up through a 1 bedroom. The price starts at 180 per night and goes up depending on the size of the room
Parking extra with a fee at the timeshare and internet is available for a very small fee as well.
My calendar is not up to date since this is s generic ad and because i have multiple units in this building so please send me a message with your specific request. Also, I have to add taxes to the reservation, so please do not request for a reservation as I will have to send you an offer.
All units have mini kitchens with microwave, mini fridge and a coffee maker. The property also has laundry facilities
My host was great. There was some issues with a room switch at the property, but she communicated very well.
This property is perfect! Fabulous location, genuinely friendly staff and within walking distance of Union Square's best restaurants and shopping.
Room was spacious, comfortable, and convenient--excellent value. Magalie was very responsive; she got me the additional nights I needed and kept me informed throughout the process. Will seek Magalie out for my next trip to SF, and recommend her enthusiastically to others.
Magalie was very responsive to my requests, and the unit is clean and conveniently located - close to Union Square and the entrance to Chinatown as well as fantastic restaurants and shopping. This is truly a "Hotel Style" unit, with two rooms and a full bathroom. There is a microwave and small refrigerator, easily stocked by a visit to the Food/Liquor store across the street. If you forget any essentials, there is a Walgreen's on almost every corner in San Francisco.
Magalie was very responsive to my request and checked-in on me throughout the stay to ensure everything was OK. Accommodations were like a typical SF boutique hotel. Great location and safe neighborhood.
Magalie was awesome! Although we never met in person, she was very helpful chatting online answering all questions I had, and making sure everything was perfect during our stay.
The building sits along Bush near Chinatown (the gate is literally a few blocks away) as well as Union Park/Square which is a few blocks south.
You definitely don't need a vehicle if you stay here, but in the unfortunate (see: expensive) case that you do need to find parking, there's a parking structure across the street that goes about $40/day.
Full disclosure: I'm a fitness profession from Seattle where I walk and cycle everywhere. The room is on the 3rd floor of the classic-style hotel, which is easier to access by taking the stairs versus waiting for the very... slow... elevator. You'll also have access to a fitness facility and laundry 24/7. When you first arrive you'll also receive a bunch of information about the city with a map and some Ghiradelli chocolates. Great stuff if you're there for fun.
The space provides enough room for two featuring a closet (with safe), a bed, a table for two, an AC/heater unit, microwave, mini-fridge, a pair of wine glasses, TV with some local and cable channels, a DVD player, a bathroom with soap and towels (bring your own shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer), and more. The only unfortunate part is that there is no wifi provided- you'll purchase 24 hours worth of slightly-spotty internet for about $5. Otherwise you'll have to find some nearby cafe.
Other than that this place is an awesome stay with an awesome and friendly staff!
Maggie was really fantastic helping me organise this trip. This was my first airbnb stay, and being new to it I had a lot of questions. Maggie was super helpful, friendly and patient. Even after I'd arrived she offered help and assistance. The room was exactly as listed - the location was perfect, very close to Union Square. It was clean, homely and had everything you need for a long stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Maggie!
