Want to stay in central Copenhagen, a short distance from both the famous amusement park Tivoli and the beach, with a metro station/bus, just around the corner, so is this 65 square meter apartment a great choice, if you need to go on holiday or are going on a business trip.
The apartment has one big room with a sleeping sofa that suits 2 persons and a smaller room with a double bed and a small office table with internet.
Located at the top at a quiet street with Amagerbro Gades many shops and cafes. The apartment has a large dining kitchen, where there is room for 4 guests. Plenty of sleeping space and a nice lounge room with a big couch.
The apartment is extremely light and sunny.
The location of the apartment was well situated; only 8 minutes walk from the metro, which is only three quick stops away from the city centre. The pictures do make the apartment seem larger than it is, but it is enough space, except for the bathroom which converts into the shower as well (very typical in Copenhagen). The kitchen is nice and bright with all the utensils one needs to cook a nice meal. In the 'bedroom' the sofa that converts into a bed is okay for a few nights sleep. The living room, which also turns into a bedroom has a single mattress on the floor which is near to camping conditions. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so make sure that if you book, that you are able to climb many stairs. The cleanliness of the apartment was very subpar. We did not meet Kenneth over the four months that we stayed here, but he always managed to reply within 24 hours or so if we contacted him. Overall, the apartment is in a relative central location (close to the beach and metro) and will suit young and adaptable renters.
The apartment is at the 4th floor without an elevator. The apt is bright with a lot of light, but the bathroom is ridiculously small. In addition, there are no furnitures: no closet, no wardrobe, no beds! We had to sleep all the week on a sofa-bed and on a air mattress which after 4 hours was deflated. The owner was not present, but at least he was answering to our calls and SMS. The location is interesting. Not the top
Kenn is a nice and friendly guy who is easy to communicate with and did his best to think along with our needs.
The apartment is spacious and quite comfortable.
It lies about 15 minutes walking from the city center, but the bus will take you there within 5 minutes and buses are very regular in Copenhagen. The bus stop is about 50 meters from the apartment.
We had some problems, but like I said, Kenn was easy and quick to communicate with so they were quickly resolved.
Enjoy your stay at Copenhagen!
The location of the apartment is great: quite area, near from the metro / bus and a shopping center. If you prefer to walk, the City and TIvoli park are just 15 / 20 minutes.
