Modern glam home, small quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street.

The space
Space includes a private bedroom with a door that locks for your privacy and a shared bathroom. (I have two listings in the same home so the bathroom is for both guests). The space is a cozy modern/glam feel that is near Virginia Beach town center and hwy access is a few minutes drive. The home is 15 minutes to Shore drive and Chics Beach or oceanfront/beach area. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

I also have beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag (the bag is insulated if you want to fill with ice to keep food/drinks cold) for your use. Located in the front room when you enter

Side note; i live in the residence and my bedroom stays cold so I tend to keep the AC between 67-70 degrees but if you are a bit warm please let me know and I will adjust it. (I’ll just use extra blankets 😊)
