Erica is such a nice and welcoming host, ready to meet the needs of her guests. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, well furnished and situated in a perfect location close to the centre. I can only recommend this apartment in Milan, both for short and long stays.
Thank you Erica!
During design week in Milan I had a perfect stay in this charming apartment complete with Phillippe Stark louis ghost chairs. A fresh bowl of fruit on arrival, fast wifi, and lots of local tips including the best morning cafe made it a home away from home. My only sadness is that I was at the Fiera and not the apartment all week.
I lived in Erica's apartment for almost a year and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is well equipped, very quite and 20 minutes walking to the Duomo. With the bus, the stop is very nearby, it takes clearly less. There are three supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes walking.
Erica was there when I needed her for questions and other things. Never invaded in my privacy and found a solution to park my racing bike savely.
The apartment was fantastic. Much larger than expected and absolutely perfect for my needs. It had all the features you could ask for and was perfect for my stay on business for 10 days. Great location, a quick walk to the subway and bus lines, or a ten minute walk to the duomo. Nice and quiet and well insulated against the cold.
Erica was also a wonderful host, baking me a cake for my arrival and pointing out all the local secrets in the immediate area.
Would definitely stay here again..
The flat is very nice, silent and big. It's furnished with a lot of nice things. The position is wonderful because you can get quickly everywhere in the city center. Erica is a nice host, caring and accurate. A really good staying.
Erica has been a wonderful host, extremely helpful and caring. We stayed at her apartment for three weeks when we moved to Milan, and we immediately felt at home thanks to her warm house. It's nicely decorated, clean and homy. The location is amazing, on a quite street (although the apartment faces the internal court, which is even more quite) 15 minutes walk from the heart of Milan. I walked to my office every morning along Corso Monforte till San Babila and then Piazza del Duomo, a very pleasant commute indeed. Erica even lent us a bike that we could use to ride around! Whoever stays here can't miss a gelato at Gelateria Concordia, my favorite flavor is dark chocolate, but I've heard wonderful things of the pistacchio too. Thanks Erica!
