LIVING AREA
Relax in the comfy living area after a fun-filled day. The 55” TV sets the scene for at-home movie screenings. Plush furnishings include an armchair, a love seat, and a sofa that converts to a 6" queen-size memory-foam sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING
Chefs will appreciate the updated kitchen, newly appointed with sleek quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. Coffee Pot & K Cup makers are each supplied.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This villa sleeps up to seven guests between two bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living area. The tranquil master suite features a king-size bed, a 43” TV, and direct access to the courtyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a luxe walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. You’ll also find a 40” TV. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Escape to the private courtyard to sip morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful island weather. Fire up the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout around the outdoor table.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach toys, chairs, and a collapsible wagon to carry everything to the beach. Parking for two cars is available (not assigned) in the resident lot steps from the villa's front door.

Guest will have private access to the front down with Keyless Entry. Door code will be provided along with instructions days before check in.

PETS:
DOGS ONLY! are allowed in property at an additional fee of $150.00 (non-refundable). They must be identified at time of booking and that fee will be added to your account before your arrival.
NO MORE THAN 2 ALLOWED

If we discover that other, and/or additional animals, such as cats, were in the property, a damage claim up to $200.00 could be added. We also ask that dogs be kept off the beds.

* Bath Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Master Bedroom, and 1 set for each bed in guest Room as well as 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: "Starter Sets" - Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 4 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. Additional items will need to be purchased by guest.

Travel 1 mile to the Shelter Cove Marina to rent a boat and explore the resort’s 11-mile lagoon system. Golfers will appreciate having access to the three professional-grade courses, which include Robert Trent Jones (0.7 miles), George Fazio (0.9 miles), and Arthur Hills (2.5 miles).
