General Floor Layout. The actual layout is actually the reverse of this drawing whereby the entrance should be to the right.
It's not a squat toilet!
Our Space: Very clean and brand new modern decor with Western-style bathrooms and convenience of a small but functional kitchen with basic utensils to serve everyday needs. We have a dual washer/dryer machine in the apartment so that you can do your laundry. Laundromats are nearly nonexistent in Tianjin.
Neighborhood: At the heart of downtown Tianjin. Very convenient location for fist time visitors here on business trip, education exchange or leisure. Lots of restaurants, department stores and local shops around. If you are visiting as an exchange student at Nankai, TMU or Tianjin U, our place is very close to campus. It's within a bit of a walking distance but many of the local buses can take you right to their entrance within 2-3 stops.

If you have major allergies or have optimum sanitary standards, please request in writing whether you wish to have brand new bedsheets, towels and toilet seat replaced. Depending how long you'll stay, we can buy those in advance at an extra cost without charging special administrative fees. We don't offer bed and breakfast. But we have a microwave, electric kettle, stove and mini-fridge. There are forks and knives. But if you worry about disinfection issues, we can buy in advance paper plates, plastic utensils in lieu. Just help yourself and remember no smoking, even if you plan to open the windows to vent it out. It's courtesy and hard to remove the absorbed smell if everyone does it. There is free Wifi available at the lobby. If you require a land-line or internet inside our suite, we need to charge extra to get everything set and hooked-up for you in advance. In terms of comfort, all the furnishings are brand new with absolutely 5-star hotel standards. We call it serviced because it's an on-premise serviced apartment so that you can request daily or weekly cleaning at an added cost. Some bruises and chips are often accidental so we will not be nit-picky about leaving everything under "brand new" condition. However, try not to test your limits and punch a hole in the wall or flood the bathroom.
Stay here and you could give this host their first review!
I have lived in a few different Continents and found that the most intimidating part of traveling or moving around is not knowing any locals who knows how to give useful information or advice prior to the move. It is even more frustrating when you search online for hotels and everywhere seems over budget if we want to maintain the regular 5-star standards of just a clean bathroom with fresh linens. It seems that most "market-price" flats require at least a year's rental term which doesn't satisfy those who are just looking. So I hope to offer my listings out and make some exceptions to long-term rental rules; a hub that will make it more convenient for first-time visitors or those going on business trips a place that has all the "stuff" they don't have to pack from home. This will give all of us more luggage space to bring back nice souvenirs for our families and friends.
