A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island.

This island is separated from the center of Venice by the Giudecca canal, but is very well served by public transport. Shops and restaurants are close by, and you will have the advantage of living outside the tourist flows and immersed in the truest Venetian spirit.

The space
The apartment of 90 mq is situated on two floors, it is composed of three bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people:

- On the ground floor you will be welcomed by the living room with two sofas and TV; the living area with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven; a laundry room with washing machine and a safe box; a bathroom with shower; the first double bedroom (with a cot on request).

- Upstairs you will find a double bedroom in the open space of the mezzanine above the living area; a bathroom with shower; a bedroom with two single beds.
