Fox Den is a fully furnished 600 sq ft studio loft apartment with all the amenities that you could need. Eat out or cook in our kitchenette. The view from your 2nd floor deck is stunning with sunsets that dreams are made of. The loft has high, open ceilings that give you a cottage feel that immediately brings relaxing vibes. Hike our 10 acres of trails next door on our glamping grounds, including a fishing pond

Your secluded spot is right in the middle of wine country and state Forest trails

The space
Fox Den is heated and cooled by a high efficient split system and ceiling fan. Parking for two, private, secure, scenic. Veranda overlooking Seneca Lake and spectacular sunsets. We have guest access WiFi and a Roku TV. The Fox Den is on the Seneca Sol glamping property just off the Seneca Lake wine trail. We can provide continental breakfast delivered for an extra $35 per day!

Continental breakfast available next door at Glamping ground Welcome tent from 7:30AM - 10AM. The extra cost is $35 for two people per day and must be pre-ordered in advance!

It includes coffee, orange juice, milk, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bagels, variety of cereals, fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt.

Concierge services available to help with pre-booking horseback riding, pontoon boating, kayaking, guided kayak tours of the Hector Fall, cycle boat rides, curated wine tours or DD options, massages, yoga (with 5 people), boxed lunches or dinners. We have thought of everything!

On the other side of the road is State Forest protected trails. This truly is location, location, location! We are 1.5 miles from the infamous Seneca Lake Wine Trail and fabulous foodie places, with beautiful views of Seneca Lake from your private deck! The wildlife is very abundant here and you are sure to see deer, rabbits, fox, and lots of native birds.

Fox Den is located in a quiet rural setting. It is very cozy, safe, and secluded. Your neighbors (May-October) are guests staying at the glamping resort not far away on our expansive 25 acre property. Satterly Hill is a well maitain paved road and is about 5 miles away from Watkins Glen, one mile away from Burdett, NY and Seneca Lake Wine Trail on St Rt 414. Once on site, you feel like you are completely secluded in a treehouse. Fox Den has stunning views of Seneca Lake and amazing sunsets.

Cameron and I have been in the hospitality business for over 10 years. We live on the east side of Seneca Lake on 10 acres of land and have decided to share this very special place with you in the form of a glamping campsite. Our site is just minutes from the famed Seneca Lake Wine Trail. If wine tasting isn't enough we would be happy to recommend other activities based upon your own interests.
