This home is in a quiet area.

Built in 1904, Mimi's home offers a gracious southern comfort stay. 14’ ceilings and large windows create a bright and spacious home. From the elegant living room and spacious dining room to the huge open kitchen, Mimi's home is both intimate and welcoming. Three large bedrooms and sofa can easily accommodate 8 -10 or enjoyed luxuriously as an intimate getaway. On 25 acres, there is ample room to play in the yard, take a stroll into historic Wiggins, or rock the day away on the front porch.

The space
Come take a step back in time to a gentler, brighter time when family gathered around in the kitchen to chat, cook and eat and then retired to a large, comfy and elegant living room to continue late night conversations. Lazy mornings with coffee and a newspaper on the front porch swing, and an endless yard to chase the kids around in.
