This cute little hut sits just behind our main house. You get your own private space on the land. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our amazing compost toilet for a truly unique experience. Included in the hut is a mini fridge, microwave, pour over coffee, along with plates, utensils, and towels.

The space
Sunny’s Hut is it’s own private little space. It is very tiny but has lots of amenities to make your stay cozy. The hut has a mini fridge, a microwave, utensils and plates, an electric kettle for tea or coffee, plus other random kitchen items you may need! The space is cute and insta worthy so take lots of pictures and tag us on instagram at @threepondscommunity

Guest access
The whole hut is yours. You also have access to our outdoor shower and the outdoor compost toilet. You can walk the trails on our ten acres of property and enjoy the hot tub or pool when the seasons are right.

Other things to note
This is a small and cozy hut! Remember the shower and compost toilet are both outside so bring what you need to stay warm and dry during your short trips.
