Interaction with Guests
We stay in the apartment next door so we are on hand when you need us and of course greet you on check in to hand over keys and show you round. You basically have free run of the place, with complete privacy assured by the fact that we are nearby if you need any thing. Though I will always respect my guests privacy 100% during their stay.
We love our neighbourhood which has a real local feel. Vibrant and dynamic, friendly and hip with vintage shops, market stalls, cake shops and small restaurants and boutique bars its adorably charming.
Situated in the heart of the East End, my neighbourhood has a wide varitey of restaurants including Dirty Burger, Foxtons Bar & Grill & the infamous Tayyabs Indian restaurants - make sure you BOOK IN advance and bring your own wine.
There are some great local boozers including The White Heart & The Blind Beggar - made famous by the infamous Craze brothers in the 60's.
Genesis cinema is on your doorstep playing a wide range of mainstream and art house movies day and night.
There are two local supermarkets (TESCO & Sainsburys) literally two minutes round the corner offering a wide selection of food, alcohol and fresh produce.
If you like to run there some beautiful routes through Regents Canal and Victoria Park which I can show you on the map.

Other Things to Note
London is big, thankfully with the tube and transport network nothing is more then a jump on a bus or tube away (rush hour on affects road travel mostly). It is best discovered on foot with a travelcard over driving. The pavements are hard so pack some comfy shoes.
London is divided into 6 concentric zones with zone1 being the heart of town with more historic sights then residential places and zone 6 being suburbia. We are on the boarder of Zone 1 & 2 which is highly central by the London standard.
A general respect and taking care of the property
Ashley was very welcoming and accomodated a flexible arrival time, which was great as it's often difficult to predict when you'll arrive in London. The flat was perfect for our needs as my mother has mobility issues. There are about 6 steps leading up to the door but that was ok. Also it was one of the few flats in this area I could find with a shower that wasn't in the bath. It was very clean and tidy with a quirky, homely feel (again happy mother). It felt like our own house rather than a flat as you enter straight off the street and don't share the entrance with anyone. The area is very handy with 3 tube lines to choose from and good bus routes. Although the tube stations aren't step free, they are excalator free which made my mum happy. There's a good value tasty thai takeaway around the corner. Not many restaurants but we were happy to cook in the lovely well stocked kitchen and eat in the area we visiting. The sofa bed is very comfy. The heating was great. Pictures are all accurate. Thansk for a lovely stay!
Great experience! Perfect location, lively neighborhood (supermarket next door, top bakery, Dirty Burger and resturants nearby), very near the Whitechapel station. Dream jogging on the Regent's Canal. Typical London apartment, very clean and functional. We were a family with 2 children. Thank you for everything Ashley
Ashley's place was very good. Comfortable, with enough space and light, we were two professionals sharing the space, and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. The place was clean and warm, everything was working, the wifi was quiet good. Ashley was great with advice, communication and suggestions. I warmly recommend this play for a stay.
It's also close to the tube, and quite fast to the center of town. There's a nice independent cinema round the corner, and a cool place for burger and chicken.
Great apartment with a typical British feel. Made to feel at home by Ashley and the vibe given off in the ready to live in apartment. Unfortunately I did not get to meet him due to our timings but my friends said it was an absolute pleasure. He was available at a moment's notice even for a trivial matter of a missing iron. Will definitely book again. All the best, Priyesh
Ash’s apartment was exactly like we pictured. There were 2 of us and it was a great size for us to escape to our rooms to work or chill out if we wanted to. Ash himself is super friendly and was helpful in orienting us in the neighborhood. Having our own bathrooms was amazing.
As far as the neighborhood goes, it’s very diverse and conveniently located. We were working closer to the middle of the city and with the apartment’s proximity to the Bethnal Green and Whitechapel stops we could get anywhere we needed to with ease. There’s a huge Sainesbury’s grocery store just a few minutes away which had everything we needed to cook and eat. There are also a few cool pubs and restaurants nearby but unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of time to check them out.
