A beautiful and sunny canal-side apartment for rent in the popular neighborhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukölln, lovingly called "Kreuzkölln" these days. The hippest and most lively neighborhood in town!
The flat is located directly on the beautiful Landwehr-Canal, close to the famous Turkish farmer's market (Tuesday and Friday). It is an area abounding with restaurants, cafes, hidden bars, famous clubs and various street markets.

Sun shines into the large windows throughout the day. The first room is furnished with a nice big double bed and an extra sofa bed, and the second room has 2 single beds, and there is also a sofa bed if you need an extra place for a 6th person! The flat has a big living room and a cooking/kicthen area with all modcons (diswasher, washing machine, refridgerator, etc.)

We had the most wonderful stay at Studio X, and with out a doubt our holiday in Berlin will never be forgotten! Timur, and Linn, were wonderfully accommodating despite our time of arrival and departure changing several times (!), and helped us with every query we had. The apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures, and the location is ideal. It's in a wonderful part of town, where interesting and fun cafes and bars are but minutes walk away. Make sure you visit the Turkish market, and we'd also recommend setting aside an afternoon to spend lazing in the Tiergarten. Thank you so much Studio X, we can't wait to come back!
This is the perfect place in the perfect neighbourhood. The appartment is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of nice reataurants in the street, and everything was very close and easy to reach especially with the included bikes!
A group of 5 of us stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. The flat was lovely and warm and the hosts provided lots of information for us about our stay in Berlin. It is in a great location, easy to get to and from the airport and near to lots of nice cafes and bars. Very easy to get around the city as there are transport links really close by.
The flat is beautifully decorated and had everything we required for our stay, it was bright, airy but still felt really homely. The bathroom is huge and had a really good shower that was lovely and hot.
When we return to Berlin we would definitely stay here again.
Finally there is a really nice falafel shop just up the road for late night snacking and a food and textiles market on a Tuesday that runs along the canal that we would recommend. :)
Studio X was a delightful place to stay and in a great area. I liked the querky features in the apartment such as the giant wooden sculpture of a frog in the fantastic warm and spacious bathroom, and the street lamp and huge poster in the living room. My friend and I stayed in the two bedroom apartment which is on the ground floor, so our only slight negative thing was that the apartment didn't have an outlook and the living room especially, this could also have been more comfortable. I say this with regret because the group of people managing this apartment were very organised and couldn't have been more helpful, replying quickly to queries. Our beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed coming back to the place after a full day of exploring the city. The area is relaxed and low key, with interesting little bars and restaurants, it was good to be out of the touristy areas. The apartment is literally a couple of minutes walk to Lidl and Aldi which is really useful when trying to save money by not eating out in the evening. Its also really lovely to be near the canal, it felt like we lived there for the week. Interesting Turkish market along the Canal as well. We found that the bus from the airport stopped very nearby the apartment, which made life easier getting back home. It took us a while to find out whether the apartment was in the East or West part of the city, and it is in the West. By the time we left the apartment we felt very attached to it and loved our stay in the city.
The apartment is absolutely amazing.. The location is perfect we spent two days in Berlin and was our first trip and I don't think we could of found a better place. There are tons of bars, coffee shops, a market and restaurants to chose from that have a very chilled low key vibe. The train stations are so near and the place was warm and comfy with a good strong shower. Stay here now!
We chose to stay at Studio x on our second visit to Berlin. The apartment was perfect for us as we needed a space that was affordable, in Kreuzberg/Neukolln area and big enough to comfortably sleep 5 people. Even better, the apartment had all the Berlin style and charm that we had experienced on our first visit. The nearest u-bahn station is less than five minutes walk away, LIDL/Aldi are a stones throw away (perfect for picking supplies!) and there is a plethora of great bars and restaurants to choose from. We would recommend the Turkish Market which is a short walk along the canal on Tuesdays and Fridays - so good! Check-in/out was really easy thanks to Timur and the cleaning lady (Sorry I can't remember her name). The two German mobile phones were really handy for us, as were the bikes. If you're a group of people who want to split up and go exploring different areas of the city, having the phones makes it easy (and free!) to keep in touch. Berlin is a really bike friendly city so having the bikes made for a convenient and affordable way of getting around. If you need to hire any more bikes then there are plenty of places close by which charge €7,50 to hire a bike for the full day. We especially enjoyed the disused airport, Berlin Temple-hof, which is now a whole area (Including a runway!) that is free for the public (Cyclists, joggers, uni-cyclists and kite-boarders alike) to use as they wish! I would fully recommend Studio x to anyone looking to stay in Berlin. The directions which we were given for getting from the airport to the apartment were really easy to follow and the apartment was secure, warm and comfortable.
Nice flat. Nice location. Nothing more to say it's great.
Studiox is in a great location and is a very comfortable apartment.
Thanks for the nice stay in your apartment! Everything was fine, we got a friendly welcome and introduction to the flat. The hosts were very flexible with the check-out, so we could stay even until the afternoon. That was of great help! Definitely a good place to stay.
Really nice flat and hosts !
Thank you studio X
