The 2 unit duplex is a few blocks from Downtown, The Railyards, The Hispanic Cultural Center, and the Zoo.

The space
Private studio / open 1 bedroom with living room, kitchen, & bath. Shared porch, back yard and laundry room. See pics. Please ask any questions you may have.

Pet friendly. Just let me know what to expect if you’re bringing your pets. Dogs are not allowed to roam the property unattended. If you do not pick up after your pup, you will be charged $50 per poop I scoop.

Additional discounts for longer stays and longer availability is an option. Just ask.

Community supplies in the laundry room — extra cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Help yourself to anything on the shelves.

Quiet and friendly street in a historic part of town; very walkable; bike trail, restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby. First Fridays of every month has an Art Walk downtown just a few blocks away.

This unit (A) has a shower but no bathtub and both a smaller kitchen & bath but larger bedroom than the other unit which is in a separate listing. (Unit B).

Three total units on the property: Front Duplex & Back detached casita in a gated compound. Back house (Unit C) not currently listed as I am redecorating.

Parking:
Unit A = Street Parking right in front.
Unit B = Front Driveway Parking (1 space).
Unit C = Back Driveway Parking (2 spaces).

Please park additional cars on the corner of the street (one house over, across the street) and not blocking anyone’s driveway or front door. Plenty of open spots just don’t take the neighbor’s spots.

Guest access
Entire Private Unit & exterior common spaces. Please note laundry room privileges for personal use. If you would like to use them, please contact me for additional charges.

Other things to note
Albuquerque is a beautiful city with a lot of character and natural beauty. But it is a city. Keep your car door locked and don’t leave things in your car is generally good advice for this city, regardless of where you might be. Not too much of an issue on my particular street, but petty and car crime is common here.
