Fantastic place at a great value. Close to the centre, perfect for your Amsterdam city trip.
Lovely 55m2 apartment to rent next to Oosterpark, 10 minutes from the center by bike. 3 different trams leave from our street to take you straight to the center in 5 minutes. Muiderpoort station is at the other end of the street, from here you can take a train that takes you to central station in 4 minutes. All you need is available in the house. WiFi, television available. There is space for 1 extra person because we can set up an extra mattress.
Living room, bed room AND bathroom have currently been renovated! Kitchen is the last project so looks a bit unfinished/oler but will provide you with all your needs.
There is a terrace with a pick-nick table so in summer you can sit outside.
Lovely neighborhood with lots of nice restaurant and an beautiful park down the road which is very popular to chill out in summer time. The Dappermarket is just around the corner where you can get all you fruit, vegetables, meat and fish from for very little money.
IMPORTANT! We respect our neighbors and do not want to be any trouble to them by renting out our house. So NO PARTIES are aloud in this apartment!
You are free to use everything you can find in the kitchen, herbs, cooking oil etc.
All we ask for is to consider the neigbours.
Amazing place , close to the sprinter and 1 sprinter stop from central! Loved staying here and would 100% stay again.
Suzan and Mark's apartment was lovely. We were greeted with wine and other gifts - totally unnecessary, but very appreciated. The location was great and we were able to get around very easily. As I was travelling to Amsterdam to run the marathon, I needed something comfortable to help me rest while also allowing me to see a bit of city. The apartment was perfect for that! And the shower was exactly what I needed after the race. Thank you Suzan!
Our welcome was fantastic and we were very pleased to find 2 bottles of wine with snacks. Communication with Suzan has no rivals, as she is always ready to answer precisely to every question and request. The area is very quiet and the house was just perfect for 3 people, even if it is under renovation. The bathroom and shower were superb but all I can say is that the overall experience was great. Thank you Suzan ;)
L'appartement était super ! Dans un quartier pas du tout touristique donc très calme, jardin agréable, une hôte vraiment sympa et joignable très facilement, on reviendra.
The apartment of suzan is absolutly recommended. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished. The apartment is a bit old but it's very cozy and a very nice and clean bathroom. We were able to sleep very well, very quiet and very pleasant neighbors.
The connections in the center are great. You can take the train 10 minutes or the tram about 20 minutes. The station is just around the corner and the tram station also. The taxi costs only 15 EUR.
We are a young couple that love to travel a lot. I'm (Suzan) Dutch, and Mark is English. We met in Australia and after traveling for 8 months we moved to Amsterdam together. When we found out about air B&B we've loved the concept and wanted to give it a try ourselves.
Since we still go on a lot of trips we have an empty house a lot, why not rent it out to a person that wants to come and check out amazing Amsterdam! And also, we love to experience it the other way around by staying in other peoples houses too while we travel the world.
Hope to see you soon!
