Ciao guys! I rent out my cosy, little, bright apartment in the very heart of Rome! It is perfect for a couple: there are a romantic double loft bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower), dining corner, Air Conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. From all the windows you can have some of the best views in Rome: Gianicolo Hill, Quirinale Hill and Monte Mario Hill. Also there is a cute terrace with an amazing beautiful view over the historical centre of Rome where you can have the best breakfast, aperitif or meals of your life! 4th floor with elevator. The building was built during the 15th century and is less than 200 meters from Piazza Campo de' Fiori, however is very quite and not noisy at all. It's within walking distance from piazza Navona, the Pantehon, Piazza Venezia, Trastevere, Jewish district...In the neighbourhood you have the best restaurants with typical italian food, nice bars and clubs, trendy shops and one of the oldest market in the city where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The district is very safe and there is an interesting mix of original roman citizens, international citizens and tourists. It's very easy to reach the apartment because is very well connected with the main train station, Trastevere train station (40 minutes from fiumicino airport) and a few meters from the door you have several bus stations and tram. Towels and sheet are included in the price. Definitely if you really want to visit Rome just land in the heart of Rome! I do appreciate if you have a complete profile, picture and verified phone number.

This is the perfect apartment if you want to stay in the heart of Rome and walk to all of the major attractions (Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and even the Vatican is only a 15 minute walk down the river). It is also right around the corner from several major Piazza's (a 3 min walk from Campo de Fiori, which was our favorite for restaurants, and people watching).
It has all of the things you will need during your stay (full kitchen, washing machine, updated bathroom, living room, comfortable bed). It also has something that is so hard to find anywhere else in Rome at a reasonable price - a private roof top patio where you can see all of the major dome's across the city.
Laura is a wonderful host that provided us with a lot of information leading up to our stay, and was hospitable enough to leave three tour guide books along with a map to help us during our stay. She also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and olives, which was a nice surprise.
Bottom line, if you looking for a small, clean and modern place to stay in the heart of Rome, with a huge bonus of the roof top patio, then this place is perfect for you.
You will never regret booking this apartment! Very warm/ cosy apartment with a lot of character, like the host Laura! From all sides of the apartment you can overlook Rome, have breakfast at the terrace in the morning, drink wine in the evening. Supermarket and shops are close, and in a few minutes walking distance you can cross the river to the lively neighbourhood Trastevere.
The bed you can reach with a ladder, but i you prefer to sleep 'lower' you can use the sofabed. Apartment is clean and well decorated.
Laura is easy to reach and talk to, we got to meet her on the last day and would love to see her again some day :)
One overall Rome tip: book your tickets for the musea (Vatican and Colloseum) online, the lines are l(phone number hidden)ng! Enjoy your stay!
Laura is a wonderful host and we've had a great time in her lovely flat, very well-located in the center of Roma.
Incredible view from the terrace !
We will happily come back to her place soon !
Gute Heizung, also auch an kühleren Tagen angenehm.
Very cosy an nicely furnitured apartment with great rooftop-terrace (to get there, you have to "crawl" through a window, but no problem). Perfect location, all sights and Trastevere area in walking distance. Laura speaks perfectly English and is very helpful.
