Michael's home was perfect for a weekend away. Centrally located between Rhinebeck and Woodstock, we were able to explore these amazing areas with ease. We were also able to spend some time in Uptown Kingston as well, which was lovely. The house itself was great. The photos don't really do it justice. You can tell a lot of improvements have been done on the house. Great open kitchen with everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. I would definitely go back!

First off, Michael is an awesome host: personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He welcomed us late the night we checked in, and answered all of our questions (including about the history of the house/property). He was available by text when we needed anything, and also gave us our privacy. Michael's place is awesome. It is a beautifully converted barn with modern amenities. Though it definitely has that rustic feel (exposed beams, original floor boards, etc), the place was also spotless - very clean overall. The heating worked well (with dedicated units in the bedrooms), great shower with plenty of pressure and hot water, and the beds were extremely comfortable. My girlfriend and I spent New Year's here and loved our stay. Beautiful property too - home to a few deer that repeatedly visited the big pasture area. I highly recommend this place and hope to return again. Thanks Michael!

I would absolutely recommend Michael's place. The house is amazing. Very clean and complete. Everything there is new and we found all we needed. The spaces are big and comfortable, just as you see them in the pictures. The heating system is very good too. Also, the location is perfect. It is in the center of the Hudson Valley, so you can drive to most places in less than an hour, and you have many attractions within a 20 minutes range. The place is 5 minutes from the bridge, so you can cross fast to the other side of the river. There is an Amtrack station in Rhinecliff, what was very convenient for us, as part of our crew had to leave the place earlier. Finally, Michael was a very nice host. He was very flexible with our check in time and took care of every detail. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit and things to do and was always available to answer our questions.

We had such a lovely stay. Mike was communicative and welcoming and was there when we arrived to show us around (and was super understanding about our screaming 2 month old!). The house was gorgeous and Mike even let us use the bouncy chair, swing, and diaper genie he had at home for his grandchildren. The house was spotless with plenty of towels, heating was great, kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. I hope we'all be back!

Our stay was nothing short of perfection! We got in at about 1:30am and Mike was up and waiting to meet us to show us around. The house is very clean and well maintained and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Just what we wanted for our weekend getaway. HIGHLY recommended! Can't wait to go back!

We had a very nice stay at the farmhouse. Mike met us up the day we checked in and gave us a tour of the place. He's very nice and a great host. The farmhouse had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean and we had a very pleasant experience!
