The space
This is a sub-unit (284sqft) of a dual key unit. It is absolutely suitable for those looking a peaceful, quiet, relaxing, spacious, clean environment.

A dual key unit is a single service apartment which comprises two sub-units that share a common main entrance. All of our units are with its own door lock, sitting area, bedroom, pantry and bathroom. Rest assured, you will have your own privacy and this is not a shared unit!

Kindly be informed that we do manage more than 10 units of the same design and room layout. You will be assigned randomly and you will get at least 90% or above same as per listed photos. Rest assured, all of our units are with KLCC view!

This condominium is also equipped with modern facilities such as:-

4) Sky Pool

*Only swimsuit attire is allowed in the swimming pool*


Other than that, it is also equipped:-

Car Park Fee:

It is an indoor public car park lot. There are 200 indoor car park lots. You may park your car (First come First serve basis) at the rate of RM5.00 per entry per night after being validated at the concierge. This rate is only applicable to one car per unit.

You may park any additional car at the rate of RM10 per hour (First come First serve)


*Please note that:-

1) No party is allowed.
2) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found.
3) No Over-pax / non-registered guest.
4) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is.
5) Quiet hour is 9pm onwards.
6) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 11am) will be charged at Rm50 per hour.
7) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary.
8) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding.
9) No deposit for short-term stay.
