Keswick Loft is a private and serene space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Loft has a large glass door in the living area with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Modern custom details make Keswick Loft a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.

The space
The Loft is a private unit that sleeps up to two people and has a living room, a kitchenette with custom butcher block countertops and a private modern bathroom with a gorgeous glass sink.
The kitchenette has a stainless-steel full-size refrigerator and a large deluxe French door toaster oven, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. In addition, the kitchenette has an integrated vent hood and all dishes, prep, and serving utensils. The kitchenette is stocked with oils, seasonings, sauces, condiments, and complimentary welcome tea and coffee.
The cozy loft bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large closet for clothes and storage. We provide all linens, including sheets, blankets, and towels.
The Loft also has a full laundry area in the shared entry foyer.
All soaps are complimentary, including dish, shower, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry. Paper towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience as well.
For cleanliness and safety, the Loft is professionally cleaned & electrostatically fogged after each guest.
Keswick Loft is a modern haven with thoughtful amenities close to attractive Charlotte hot spots. Our website will provide you with a more detailed list of restaurants, bars, and local hangouts.

You will be able to access the shared foyer and laundry. Exclusive for your use is the entire suite with a full bath, kitchenette, bedroom, and living area.

Other things to note
This is a second floor unit. There are also stairs inside the unit to reach the bedroom loft.

There is no cooktop or hotplate in the kitchenette.
There is no cable tv.
