The space
This space is the first floor of an expansive 3 story house overlooking Monroe Bay in Colonial Beach. It is spacious and relaxing with new modern amenities and some classic touches.

The upper levels are occupied, but you have access to a private entrance and patio. You also have shared use of the dock directly across the street.

There is a newly installed kitchen complete with induction cook-top, sink, and a refrigerator. A dish drain with soap and sponge is located under the sink. Please note there is an all-in-one Convection Oven/microwave/air fryer for all your baking, toasting and reheating needs.

Guest access
We have a dock that is available if you would like to bring a boat or kayaks. You can tie it up or use the boat lift which accommodates boats up to 24 feet. Use your boat and leave it there for the duration of your stay.

A few blocks behind the house is the Potomac River which is great for walking or biking. There are beaches and shops on the boardwalk. Several restaurants are within walking distance as well.

Other things to note
We have an EV charger in the garage, if your vehicle is electric. Teslas can also be charged here using the provided adapter.
