The space
The townhouse is comprised of the following levels:

Ground floor:
1 bedroom with a combo Queen-sized wall bed and desk (a bed when it's down, a desk when it's up).
1 full bath (tub & shower).
1 flex bedroom with a 65" TV & two power-reclining cinema chairs, a sit-stand desk in the closet, and two twin-sized bunk wall beds. Note that there's an exterior door in this room that leads to the parking area (and this home's parking space, which is labeled with the unit number).

Second floor:
Open living/dining/kitchen area with fantastic south and east light. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, and there's a half-bath (toilet and sink) on this level, too.

Third floor:
Main bedroom, huge walk-through closet & main bathroom, and washer & dryer.

Fourth floor: A large, private rooftop deck, which is fantastic in the summertime.
