Our coastal chic, contemporary Sun Villa is situated in Sarasota’s charming downtown historic neighborhood of Laurel Park. The villa's garden hideaway is a real Floridian oasis, complete with fire pit and sun loungers. Downtown and all its restaurants, bars and shops is just on your doorstep. Plus 3 sugar white beaches – including Siesta Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the world – are only a 5-min ride away!

The space
Our stylish open-plan 3-Bedroom Sun Villa has been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture and all the latest mod-cons in a fresh coastal theme. Several floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with loads of natural light, and ceiling fans throughout keep the Florida heat at bay.

The 3 bright bedrooms are decorated in soothing colors with a relaxed beach vibe, each making for a real haven to retreat to. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen-size bed and generous walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms come with a Double and Queen-size bed and ample storage. (They are adjacent to the dining room, they feature soundproof glass and privacy shades.) There are 2 modern generously-sized bathrooms (one en-suite) in crisp white decor with walk-in showers.

◼ The open-plan living/dining room invites to relaxation and entertainment featuring a plush couch (which doubles as sofa-bed for 2) and a 55” TV with full Smart TV (Netflix, ect) for cozy movie nights — and you’ll naturally have access to hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay!

◼ While Sarasota's culinary scene is definitely worth exploring, sometimes nothing beats a home-cooked meal. The kitchen comes fully equipped with top of the range appliances and is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay with friends or family – including an Espresso machine, and we’ve also left you some complementary coffee and wine.

◼ You’ll especially love the secluded backyard surrounded by palm trees and foliage – a perfect place to savor your freshly brewed morning coffee and enjoy al fresco dining with your tribe! Here you’ll find a dining table for 6, along with a fire pit, hammock, lounge chairs and BBQ to make the most out of the Sarasota weather. If you are travelling with little ones they’ll love the S’mores-making!

Your villa is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac but still close to all of Sarasota's amenities and attractions. In fact, you'll be just a 5-minute walk away from Main Street in Downtown. (What we like to call a walk-to-town neighborhood.) It's a place where people wave and speak to one another when they meet on the sidewalk; a place where folks walk their dogs, play in the park, and watch out for one another.

The vibrant Downtown is gorgeously located on Sarasota Bay, lined with yachts and charter boats. Here you can stop by a tropical open-air Tiki Bar, stroll through historic Burns Square filled with charming boutiques and galleries, and enjoy some jazz at Burns Court Café.

Pay a visit to the sprawling John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art and wander through Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Foodies are spoiled for choice here, too. With Sarasota voted one of the “Best Food Cities in the U.S.” there is something for every taste bud here.

There is also a wide selection of cruises from dolphin cruises to sunset cruises and more. And both young and old will marvel at the Mote Aquarium.
What’s more: the glorious sugar white beaches Sarasota, Siesta and Lido Key Beach – which are all lapped by turquoise waters – are only a short drive away from your villa! You’ll find everything you need for a perfect day on the beach provided, such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella and snorkelling gear.
