The Cabine is an authentic Catskill's old fashioned experience. Hand built stone fireplace & wood stove charm in this 1955 timber frame 2 bedroom Cabine. Open year round...winter ski & ice fishing season. Privacy & your own frontage on the bucolic Ten Mile River trout stream. Wooded seclusion from neighbors yet 5 min. from town. Several campfires, writer's guest shack, nearby quaint Narrowsburg hamlet & Delaware River. Seasonal hot outdoor shower design, overlooking river & natural surrounds.

The space
1955 Timber Frame cabin with authentic old fashioned in the mountains rustic charm. Privacy & seclusion, quiet nights for sleeping. Styled with Maison Bergogne Decor & Antiques in Narrowsburg, NY. Antiques for sale at the Cabine. Outdoor shower with hot water, also overlooking the private river frontage. Multiple camp fire pits. We use only biodegradable natural cleaning products, & hypoallergenic laundry soaps on our linens. We also use Tick Stop, an all natural tick prevention product, on the property. Time shares also available. Queer friendly.

Local river stone fireplace, private & secluded Ten Mile River frontage, 2 miles from Delaware River access, hiking, fishing, local ski resorts, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, plus renowned restaurants & shops just 3 miles away. What we offer is one of the more private & authentic Catskill's accommodations in the area.

Two Night Minimum Stay Requirement but we can make exceptions if we are not booked up. Please inquire.
Long term monthly or seasonal stays are also available at discounted rate.
HOLIDAYS & FESTIVALS 3 Night MINIMUM STAY & Holiday rates apply.
$60 Cleaning fees apply. If more than 2 guests, additional fees $55/person/night. If 4 or more group, (or loft access set up/linens fee) additional cleaning fees apply + $60 due at check in. Loft is ladder access only & no one under 16 years old permitted in loft. Loft usage must be part of original reservation prior to check in.
Writer’s shack set up use for sleeping additionally $100/night. Must be part of original reservation prior to check in.
$50 Pet extra cleaning fees apply for extra cleaning for potential allergens. NO pets on bedding or furniture. No pets tied in front grass lawn/ please take care of front lawn & gardens. Dogs that are not cat friendly must be kept on leash (we have cats that meander outdoors on properties.) Cannot be left unattended for hours in Cabine. Flea & tick prevention recommended.
Fireplace & wood stove usage in fall/winter/spring requires some attending to for heat, otherwise there is also baseboard heating for those not familiar with fireplace use.
Queer friendly. Your Airbnb rental supports Artist's usage of the property for retreats. Weddings & Events possible here with adjacent property listing Catskill/Delaware River vacation house.

Check out 11 am. If we have no one checking in that day we maybe flexible with checkout until 1 pm upon arrangements. Otherwise, $100 late check out charge after 1 pm. Day rate charge $120 after 3 pm. Is possible to leave bags on premises upon checkout if you are still exploring area.
PLEASE NOTE:
No Refunds for guests that cancell, bad weather, failure of unknown house mechanicals, or failure due to power outages.
All guests must sign a simple liability waiver.
