*The main house, cottage, and guest house are far enough away from each other to allow for no contact or interaction if you so choose. Please let us know if you desire zero personal contact while you are here at the farm.
* The main house, cottage, and guest house are all at least 1/4 mile away from neighboring residences.
*We are blocking off a full day in between reservations for deep cleaning and sanitizing of the guest house and pool area before you arrive.
*We will notify you immediately if anyone here on the farm becomes sick with COVID. If you decide that you do not wish to visit our farm, please let us know immediately so that we may initiate the cancellation of your reservation without it affecting your AirBnb status.
*If you become ill prior to your arrival, we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can make the best decision for everyone.
