My experience with Jeffrey was great off the bat, he was very kind, gracious and hospitable throughout the entirety of my stay. The location was terrific, less than a block away from restaurants and bars. About a 10min walk to Safeway, and surrounding neighborhoods like the Mission and the Castro. Although public transportation is great and reliable, I found myself walking almost everywhere because of the close proximity. Jeffrey's house is beautiful, and the room was spacious and had all the essentials like, a microwave and mini fridge. The view is certainly amazing, and if you have some time on a nice day, hang out in the backyard, it's a relaxing place to relax and hang with friends. Overall, I give my highest recommendations to anyone visiting SF for any amount of time to stay here! I know I'll be back when I visit SF again.
This was my longest stay in an Airbnb so far and it was great! Jeffrey and Jose take good care of their guests. There was a Wifi issue and Jeffrey immediately set up a workaround solution and then fixed the issue during the day. The kitchen is great, did some cooking there. The neighborhood is nice with good restaurants and cafés to eat and hang out. Bus and tram stations are available around the corner so that you can get around in SF easily. In sum, if you plan to stay for more than 1 week in San Francisco, this place is a very good option.
Jeffrey was a great host. Very quick on responding to request and accommodating my needs. I stayed with him just short of a month while moving to San Francisco for a contract job. The room was nice and in a wonderful location.
Staying at Jeffrey's gave me a feeling of actually being his guest, more than of being his tenant. Always willing to help and share, being fun and positive, Jeffrey contributed to my overall impression of the city and its people.
The flat itself is great: packed with all you might need for a longer stay, neat and even somewhat historical. Shared bathrooms are not a problem, as there are 3 of them, and they are always clean and tidy. My bed was very close to perfect (considering that I'm very picky due to some spine issues), the room was cool enough during the day and warm during the night.
Location was perfect to me: short walking distance to Metro and Safeway, great bars and restaurants 1-2 blocks away, however still quiet at nights and during day time, too.
If I am to stay in SF again, I will most likely choose the same room at Jeffrey's flat.

Jeff and Jose were great hosts. Their place is centrally located, within walking distance of the "hip" Haze Valley and the Mission. The apartment is clean, well-decorated, and in a safe part of Lower Haight. Each room having a private refrigerator is a huge plus as well. Would definitely recommend for either short or long stays.
Jeffrey is very kind. Both of us are busy at work. But when we were together, he always provided a lot of useful information of San Francisco as I was new to the city.
Jeffrey and Jose are fantastic hosts -- friendly, generous, and very easy going. The home is lovely and comfortable and in a fantastic neighborhood, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. It's blocks away from the Church St stop, so you can get downtown in just a few minutes. The neighborhood has loads of great restaurants and shops. Highest possible recommendation!

About the Host, Jeffrey
Working Professional guy originally from Kansas but somehow have made it to California but still retain those midwest values of honesty and hardwork. Full time job is a senior housing administrator and marketing consultant to the elder care industry. I am very outgoing and like to entertain, hang out, but work a lot of hours as well. Like to meet people from different cultures, places and walks of life.
I have traveled all over the world and believe that the best part of life is about giving to others and sharing what has been given to us.
Come and enjoy San Francisco!
