A few things to note...

We do have an onsite trash bin for guests to use. It is located down by the pavilion in the gravel parking lot.

Seasonally, we experience ladybug and stink bug season here in the mountains. They are harmless and the property is treated regularly, however, these little guys will find a way in so just be on the lookout :)

If you use the grill, please move it away from the barn and clean it before you put it back under the deck.

Please, no outside guests unless it is approved.

Guests will be provided with an initial roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. There are also cleaning supplies available.

We are a traveling family of four. My husband and I have our own small business and have two children who are ages 10 and 11. We have traveled the world and want to share our experiences with our children. Through our travels we have come across AIRBNB and have used it quite a bit. Since we have had such a good experience with it in our travels we thought it would be a great way to share our Farm with friends to use and enjoy as much as we do. We are very respectful of the homes we stay at as we can appreciate those who respect our home in the mountains as well. For travel: We speak a little German, Italian, and Spanish.
