We had a wonderful time in New York! The appartment is really well situated and a calm lociation for New York. Everything was as discribed... We even could enjoy breakfast on the terrace in april! Next time in New York we will surely come back to this appartment.
Thanks Jack for making this possible!

It was a very pleasant apartment, very well located !
We appreciated to find new equipment for an easy day life. With a new cooker and news pans it would be perfect !!
Thanks to Jack !
This is a very nice, clean apartment in a beautiful area. We loved that it was very quiet! It is a studio with a wonderful veranda. A good value.
Great location, good size room, smooth sheets. Location is good because it's close to union station with heaps of trains to get you home and into the touristy buildings in less than 10mins.
Jack's place was easy my first ABnB experience, and it was wonderful. The location is fantastic; great restaurants are within a few steps. The apartment was incredibly quiet, a true Manhattan oasis. Looking forward to returning.
After considering a large number of decent but uninspiring offerings on AirBnB for New York, I came across this particular studio and knew it would be just right. Such a personal space seems to be a rarity on AirBnB, and the magic of it made all the difference to my trip in NY. Bear in mind, if you require luxury and sleekness above heart, charm, and exuberance, you might not quite 'get' the immense appeal of this flat. The generosity of the host and the sense of home makes it easy to overlook the plumbing ideosyncracies and the patchiness of the seals where tubs and counters join to the walls. The neighbourhood is utterly perfect, the smell of fresh coffee from the coffee house beneath makes ascending the staircase a joy, and it's unbelievably quiet throughout the day and night, both outside and within the building itself. The bed is HUGE and there is still plenty of room to move about and store things and hang out. The kitchen is somewhat difficult to prepare anything complicated in, but if you keep your cooking to simple items, you won't come to grief--just imagine you're in a campervan and draw upon your resourcefulness rather than get frustrated with its limitations and awkward layout. And there wasn't a single cockroach in sight, which is something I've never experienced in New York! I would certainly stay here again, and if I were ever to buy a pied-a-terre in The City, this is exactly the kind of place I'd seek. Bravo.
I stayed at Jack's place for a week in February and would recommend this place to anyone coming to New York. It's in the perfect location to explore both uptown and downtown. Gramercy itself is beautiful and has an array of great restaurants and bars. Jacks apartment has a whole lot of charm and was lovely and warm. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the terrace was a lovely area to relax and enjoy the NY skyline. Jack was very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. He provided a list of bars, restaurants and attractions of the neighborhood which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting NY. Thanks jack
Absolutely fantastic apartment! Really contributed to the great time experienced in New York. Very clean and comfortable and just a great place to come back to after a long day in the city. Would stay again for sure.
We have just spent the most wonderful week in Jack's apartment. The space was absolutely as advertised and provided a warm and peaceful space for us to return to after our days exploring NYC. The weather was a bit wild so having a central location with easy access to the subway and every amenity was very important. We felt part of the community by the time we left and can't wait to return. Thank you for your generosity Jack.
The apartment was great everything about it, the price, location and the very home like feel it has. It is a couple of minutes walk to the nearest subway which is good. Everything you need is there coffee machine, toaster plenty of plates cups etc. there is a great balcony aswell. we were provided with very detailed easy instructions and recommendations from restaurants to nightlife. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would love to stay there again.
