This is an artistic space.The balcony is filled with plants and hummingbirds. The local commuters train starts very early. And it is loud! But only runs for commuter hours. Last one at 9 pm. Being in the city is noisy in general. But gets very quiet after 9:00.

This is an older building with . The bedrooms seperated by air space to allow light and air. The over all feel is peaceful and friendly. The kitchen space is simple. Small fridge and plug in cooking appliances. Also a gas burner. The balcony has space to sit and watch the neighborhood activity. Surrounded by plants and hummingbirds.

China town is full of food shops, restaurants as well as bars and clubs. Gay bars too. It is safe and a family neighborhood. The feria Plaza Víquez Is Saturday mornings. Short walk and an amazing fruit veggies street market. It is next to the Tracopa bus terminal that goes to Uvita, Manuel Antonio. An Olympic size outdoor pool is open to public at parque Plaza Víquez. Across the street a Turkish bakery. Fresh hot pita from wood burning oven.
