Service and cleaning fees included. This large apartment is very bright and comfortable with plenty of space for cooking , watching movies or just relaxing. There are several beautiful vintage touches that will pleasantly surprise you as you arrive. This place is perfect for traveling or remote workers.

The space
Guests are welcome to sit on the large front porch in the rockers and enjoy the evening quietness of the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The living room has a smart TV , desk and games. There is a comfortable queen size mattress in the bedroom, a twin size bed and a twin size pullout loveseat with extra foam padding , all extra linens are in the closet.

Guests enter the apartment from the front porch , the door is on the left side of the porch with the numbers 61 and 71 on the door. The door code will be provided on day of check in. The stairs are not appropriate for handicap access.

There are a few restaurants, a CVS store, and a gas station within walking distance. Minutes from shopping and dining. The location is in close proximity to the historic depot district with its coffee bar, local popular restaurants and bars with some featuring live music. The shops and bookstore are a special treat as well. Downtown is quaint with boutiques and dining too. If you’re a nature lover there are many parks , an arboretum with trails and the Cardinal Greenway for walking or biking. Don’t forget to visit our Olde National Road Welcome Center at 1501 Nat’l Rd East. Earlham College, Ivy Tech, Indiana University East and Reid Hospital are 10 minutes away. One block away is AJ's Main Street Dine, 1600 East Main Street, is open 7am-2pm Tues-Sat. There is also Penn Station and Papa Johns Pizza close by.

Richmond is my hometown, although I have lived other places I have returned to host this beautiful home to guests visiting the area. I love having a home large enough for my grandchildren to visit. I am recently retired and have 2 dogs, TK (pointer) and Linda (chihuahua). Both are very friendly.
