Gather with family and friends in this BEAUTIFUL 4brm/2 bath barndominium inspired dream home that received over 1 million views on Magnolia Realty's social media pages! This unique home built in 2020 is set on a 1 acre lot in a quiet cul-de-sac with backyard fenced on 3 sides and shaded with mature oaks. Enjoy peaceful country living with the convenience of a 15-20 min drive to Magnolia Table, Magnolia Market & the Silo District, Baylor University and all the excitement of downtown Waco!

The space
Our intent is to create a simple and inviting space to detox from the clutter of everyday life...to rest the mind and connect with the heart. We pay special attention to using eco-friendly, organic and local products. Listen to the whispering oaks and song birds, sip a morning cup of coffee on the private porch, and prepare mini heart-shaped waffles for breakfast. When you are not out shopping, dining and exploring all that the rapidly growing city of Waco has to offer, you can choose to lose yourself in a book, watch a movie or game on Roku TV, roast s’mores around the fire pit, share a board game for some laughter therapy or work on a puzzle to still your mind. After a fulfilling day, let the chorus of crickets lull you to sleep. Our home would be ideal for girlfriend getaways, small reunions, family gatherings, families in town for Baylor events, or small special occasion celebrations and retreats.

Guest access
You will have the entire house and yard to yourself, but will not have access to the garage/workshop. However, there is plenty of parking on the driveway and under the covered port.

Other things to note
We have received inquiries about hosting large events and having non-overnight visitors. We are sorry but we have needed to strictly limit our max occupancy to 10 people, including non-overnight visitors.

Although we value our furry companions, pets are not allowed on the property. If you have a service animal, please be aware that the yard is not fully fenced and neighbors on both sides have large dogs. Therefore pets must be closely monitored.

The home has 2 bathrooms. The downstairs bath has direct access from the master bedroom and from the hallway and is intended to be shared by guests in the master and in bedroom 2. The shower area is separated from the toilet/powder room by a sliding door with lock. (See pictures). The upstairs bath is a Jack & Jill with access from bedrooms 3 and 4. Both bathrooms offer FULL privacy while in use.
