Simonetta is a very kind and friendly person. She made me and my husband feel very welcomed.
We stayed in her beautiful flat for six nights and felt very much at home. It was very tidy and neatly done.
Besides matching towels, plans and maps and a lot of small things one could need for a stay, Simonetta provided us even with food and invited us to make use of things like oil and vinegar.
Even if in a quiet residential area, the flat is centrally located. One can reach a nice place with three small restaurants or bars within five minutes (Via Riccardo). Piazza Unita d'Italia is only a ten minutes walk, the castel San Giusto is close and if you walk down the park of the castel, Piazza Carlo Goldoni, where a very lively part of the city starts, is close.
If we have the chance to come to Trieste again, we would definitely try to stay in Simonettas flat again.
If you plan a trip to Trieste, don't miss out on the Osmice, farmhouses which provide their own food and beverages. Every single one only for a few weeks, but there should always be some which are open.
Thank you, Simonetta, it was a wonderful stay! And please say hello to your kind partner from us.

We felt like in a parallel-univers to our home. Including books and cds und breakfast in the fridge and everything one needs to feel fine. And all of that in a completely quiet place in a small walking-distance from the centre. Perfect. Thank you for that wonderful stay.
By the way: The lift stops at first floor right at the door of the apartment. We tested that!
Simonetta has been very kind and punctual! The house is lovely and convenient for the center and the pedestrian area and Barcolana. I recommend it!
