Enjoy this modern and spacious 3 bedroom home. Art Gallery and small apartment for the host on first level. Home in the second level with 3 bedrooms available for Airbnb guests. Upper level is entirely yours! Easy access to hiking along the river, visiting downtown and superb eateries.

The space
This is truly a unique space. My building has been described as having the artful complexity of Spanish designer Antonie Gaudi combined with the surreal nature of Pablo Picasso. The outdoor landscape brings to mind playful images of Dr. Seuss and the imagination of Lewis Carroll.

Access to second floor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room. Please keep in mind that my home is an open concept design. Kitchen, dinning room and living are all one open area Refer to the pictures.

If I'm around come visit me at my studio and gallery. You can also enjoy the art gallery with many of my sculptures available for sale. There is shared entrance for both levels.

In addition to the art gallery on first floor there is also an apartment where I stay.

I'll be around but this is a really big home with 3-1/2 levels so you will probably find me at my studio downstairs sculpting.

Seward neighborhood is very special and conveniently located. Nearby are many restaurants and a food coop. All within walking distance.

Located close to hospitals, University of Minnesota, Augsburg College.

I am close to the Light Rail Station, Bus routes, NiceRide bike share (Apr-Nov), bike trails and lanes, Mississippi River Trail system. Only 9 miles from the MSP airport.

I have been working on my building for the past 25years. One of the highlights of the living space is the black and white bathroom tile work which is a work of art in itself; it took me close to three months to complete. You should also check out my home furnishings with the majority of them being the product of my own doing, my dining table and even the dishes are my own designs. The building’s gallery space is devoted to my work and space that I enjoy sharing with others that also love art and creativity. My building not only serves as a gallery and home but it is also my studio where all my artwork is created.

Other things to note
I'm an artist and have my studio in the basement of the house. I travel to art shows often so you will not see me very often. l live in the first floor.
