The property is half of the owner’s residence and caters for 2-4 people. (The owner’s rooms are separate, apart from shared use of the kitchen).
It has 2 generous bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two singles – and its own bathroom and separate toilet. Linen and towels etc provided.
The spacious kitchen/family room is complete with all that is needed - television, all cooking facilities, fridge, outdoor furniture, air conditioner, washing machine and clothes line.
The balcony overlooks the Esplanade and Lake Victoria, and is equipped with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
There’s off-street parking for one car, and space on the nature strip for another car or boat.
The property fronts Main Road and has rear access from Toonalook Parade for vehicles. Owner has separate access to his private rooms.
Paynesville is known as the “boating capital” of Victoria with its magnificent location surrounded on three sides by lakes; over 350 square kilometres fed by four major rivers. This area encompasses Paynesville, Raymond Island, Eagle Point and Newlands Arm.
There are extensive waterways to cruise, try your luck with fishing or kayaking, walk or cycle along lake edge tracks and there’s regular live music, monthly markets and great food at the many eateries. Something for everyone....even if you just want to relax with a view over the water.
Paynesville offers two supermarkets, hotel, eateries, and takeaways, a wine bar with live music, two bakeries, newsagent and pharmacy. There are playgrounds, plenty of open public space, safe swimming beaches and a golf club close by.
The property is only 300m to the beach, shops, restaurants and boat ramp, and easy walking distance to the ferry across to Raymond Island and its famous koala trail. It is in an ideal position for cycling all around the area.
