An architectural gem in Acadia, designed with soaring ceilings, walls of glass, and effortless indoor-outdoor flow. From elaborate landscaping to Ligne Roset interiors, every element was chosen with intention.
Interiors are appointed like a boutique hotel: premium furnishings, curated local art, and the finest bedding. Multiple living areas and a shaded deck, an enclosed carport alongside ping-pong, and a basketball half-court.

The space
Birch ceilings, original art, and playful Flavor wallpaper from Brooklyn set the tone, while Ann Sacks Provençal tiles add an artisanal touch throughout. The home sleeps up to 8 comfortably — the office just off the primary bedroom might be a good spot for kids. Multiple lounging areas and four large screens make it easy for everyone to spread out and settle in.

Guest access
The property is adjacent to a family compound, but guests have full access and ownership of the space--and are welcome to walk up the stone steps toward the back pond.
