This private ranch style home is quiet with a full views of the Sange de Cristo Mountains. Located in a tranquil residential neighborhood on 1 acre of land, we off a beautiful family home with a large deck to watch the sunrise & sunset or just barbecue outdoors on a great day. If you need a private retreat to enjoy great starry nights and quiet walks don’t hesitate to book this house. The house is close to the town of Crestone, many hot springs, spiritual centers, sand dunes and so much more!

The space
This home is a large ranch style home with all the amenities for a happy stay. Privately located at the base of the mountains on 1 acre in the Baca, it’s about a 10 minute drive from downtown but near all the spiritual centers of Crestone. It is only 1 hour from the Great Sand Dunes National Park as well as a wide selection of hot springs, the alligator farm, the UFO viewing station, hiking and much more. We offer an ideal setting for any visitors to take a break from routine with friends or family. There are plenty of conveniently located health food stores, restaurants and cafes that are a quick drive from the home. Please refer to Soleil’s guidebooks for more recommendations of where to eat and activities that are available.

This house is 1 level except the few stair upon entering the property. The living room has a large seating area with many couches sharing a space with the dining room and full kitchen. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom w/tub and private entrance onto the porch. The second bedroom has two twin beds and large closet. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin bed and bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and dishwasher. There is a Roku tv in the living room with just about all the streaming services you could ask for. There is also a second bathroom located in the hallway with a bathtub. The house is centrally heated to keep you warm in the winter and there are ceiling fans to keep the space cool in the summer.
