Enjoy reading the many books offered in the library loft area on the second floor, or take a rejuvenating bath in the jacuzzi tub, if you're looking to recharge, enjoy the outdoors in this private courtyard with the zen garden.

The space
Wonderful accommodations in the heart of Schenectady! Ideal setup for a family or groups vacationing together. First floor kitchen area open to spacious family room, eat-in kitchen with island, custom hardwood floors throughout, private courtyard with deck. The second floor offers a sitting area with French doors and balcony overlooking one of the most beautiful corners in this historical neighborhood , one large bedroom with queen bed with decorative fireplace, fan, and armoire, multiple closets for storage. Spacious full bathroom offering a jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, washer/dryer, filled linen tower. The third floor offers two bedrooms, first bedroom has one queen size bed, cathedral ceiling and plenty of closet space, second bedroom on third floor, offers a full size bed with desk, dresser, unique bookshelves, and a walk-in closet. A shared half bathroom between the two bedrooms to accommodate additional guests.

Close to the main bus line, only a couple blocks away, blocks from main train station, bike path and riverfront walking at Riverfront park where you can rent bicycles by the day. Walkable, charming historic neighborhood in close proximity to many diverse small businesses including, eateries, bars, restaurants, and shopping. On-street parking.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils for cooking and baking. Basic olive oil, vinegar, cereal bars, oatmeal, tea, coffee, seltzer, and a delectable welcoming gift for you to indulge in!

We hire professionals who perform a deep clean and disinfect ALL surfaces prior to your arrivals.
They wear masks while working and follow additional health protocols.
