  • Rob was helpful, friendly, and informative. We had a family emergency and had to contact him late at night. He was lovely to assist us. We were grateful. He knows the area well and is a good resource. Views from the cottage are spectacular. Our kids loved exploring during low tide and swimming during the calm high tide. Steep stairs/almost ladder style up the loft bed, not great for little ones, but a great view from above. Hot tub on the water was unbeatable.

  • Could not have asked for a better place to spend a weekend.

  • Tom's place is awesome! Great location, windy roads! Delicious local fare and an amazing view sprinkled with that serene hot tub! We'll be back, highly recommended!

  • We had a wonderful stay at Tom's cottage. It's as promised: peaceful and snug, on a quiet beach. My 3.5-year-old son loved finding tiny crabs in the tidepools and *loved* the tub. I loved watching the changing tides and weather.

It's on a small dirt lane separated from highway 1, so there's no worries about traffic. There's a few high places to fall from, and the stairs to the bedroom are steep - but it's otherwise a good safe place for (sure-footed) young kids to explore.

  • The Beach Cottage was perfect for a quiet getaway with friends. Incredible views of the bay right from the living room. Sitting in the hot tub hearing the waves lap around you while looking up at a million stars is an experience we won't forget any time soon. Tom was a better host than we could ever have hoped for, meeting us on arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. His recommendation of heading down the road for a fish sandwich at Tony's was perfect after a long drive!

  • We had an amazing time at the Bleu Bay Beach Cottage! The Cottage is even more beautiful than the photos show. We really enjoyed the hot tub and also laying out on the oriental rug by the fire. There were so many amazing birds to watch out the glass windows. It was particularly impressive in the morning, and the view was so perfect out the bedroom window that I barely had to lift my head to watch the rippling water and circling water fowl!

  • We had a wonderful stay--the cottage exceeded our expectations--it was the perfect cozy winter escape (though I imagine its great in warmer months as well). It had everything we needed, and was charming, comfy, and clean. Tom was very friendly and accommodating. One weekend was not enough. We'll definitely be back! Thank you Tom!

  • Go stay at blue Baie right away! The cottage sits over the gorgeous Tomales Bay and we relaxed fully while the ducks swam and the tide slowly ebbed. Plus the hot tub is a bonus. Close to Nicks Cove for cocktails and oysters and beautiful drives to Dillon Beach (north) and the whole point reyes national seashore.

  • This is a serene & wonderful cottage. It was a perfect, peaceful getaway for us when we really needed it, and Tom was a gracious & welcoming host.
