Brand New Modern Studio with a private sauna included. Some might call it a tiny home. Nestled in at the base of Mount Tam, in the heart of San Anselmo. This beautiful studio is close to public transport, parks and restaurants in historic downtown San Anselmo. Are you a hiker or biker? Then this is the retreat for you. Trails are just a few blocks away and a outdoor shower awaits your return. Or enjoy a yoga session in your own private retreat. Complete privacy with brand new modern amenities.

The space
The cottage is a large studio space with a private bath and full kitchen for your use. It easily accommodates up to 2.5 guests. There is a large patio outside where you can barbecue or sit with your morning cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy the incredible whether Marin has to offer. There is one queen bed and one large couch that works well for the third wheel. Super fast internet if you need to work from home. And top it all off with heated bathroom floors for an easy transition into that cold morning routine.

Other things to note
Even though we love animals and have a dog of our own, we would like this space to be pet free. We want to be respectful of any guests who have a pet allergy. Thank you for understanding.
