This is a 1st floor of a 2 kanal bungalow in the green belt area, opposite the Fragrance Garden, having separate entrance.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms w/ kitchen & huge terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view while sipping coffee/tea.

The place is situated in a posh locality, non congested. Keeping in view the covid precautions, we offer Complimentary apartment cleaning every alternate day.

The guest will get dedicated Hi Speed WiFi network upto 100mbps for Work from Home capability.

The space
Main Bedroom

Independent and spacious room with King Size bed and attached fully equipped bathroom with shower and geyser, having a separate entrance. The bedroom comes with AC (for those hot summer months) and a heater (for those chilly nights) to make you feel cozy and at home.

The room is tastefully decorated and comprises of the following -

- LED TV with Tata sky (so that you dont miss your favorite shows and movies)

- Comfortable Mattress with pillows and blankets , for you to relax and unwind.

The room also has a balcony overlooking the inhouse garden having 3 huge mango trees and other flowers and plants.

Bedroom 2 -

Consists of 1 king size bed that sleeps 2 adults easily and comfortably. The room is also equipped with a refrigerator and big office table with Chairs to catch up on your work emails if needed.

The space is Laptop Friendly and best suited for 'Working From Home' with fast internet connection.

The room is connected to the main bedroom via a door to give the occupants of each room some privacy if/when needed. This room is also connected to a covered porch and a huge terrace overlooking the Garden of Fragrance where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave and RO Water Filter and comes with utensils such as pans and pots, along with toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen is also stocked with basic essentials such as cooking oil, condiments, pulses, rice, etc.
