When you pull in, you have covered parking, which is unusual for any mountain house in Gatlinburg. There is enough additional private parking to accommodate 7 cars total. You will also have access to two neighborhood pools!

When you enter the house, you are met with a modern, yet rustic design that lets your stress melt away. The living room has a beautiful black stone - gas fireplace, that makes for the most cozy evenings sharing a bottle of wine with loved ones.

- The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, and a private outdoor patio

This property is located in the Cobbly Nob neighborhood. This is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of Gatlinburg. Every street is loaded with expansive mountain views. Black bears frequent the neighborhood and you may be lucky enough to see a few bears during your stay! We are located about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and about 40 minutes from Dollywood.
