This freshly renovated 1-bedroom apartment is close to UC Berkeley is centrally located for easy access to all things Bay Area. The space
This is a split-level apartment. Stairs from the private entrance lead to the first level containing the bathroom & bedroom. Five steps above that is the living room & kitchen.

The bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, and a dedicated workspace. The daybed in the living room folds out into a double, with the kitchen table providing a second workspace.

The spacious kitchen is modern & well-equipped, with additional appliances available upon request such as panini press, crockpot, and more.

The reading nook by the sunny window provides one of many places to study or just relax in this quiet environment.

The wifi is strong & consistent. Free laundry on site. Free easy street parking. Paid locked parking available on site if you prefer.

If you have a small child, please monitor the child at all times. I am extremely safety conscious for both children and adults. Please be aware of any kind of hazards and either remove them and/or notify me right away. Thanks.
